Sadiona Abazaj

Sadiona brings over fourteen years of experience teaching in international schools and lecturing at universities. She holds three master's degrees and a bachelor's degree — Educational Leadership, English Language Teaching, and Intercultural Communication — all completed with excellent results. A qualified teacher and school principal in Finland, Sadiona has authored three publications in international journals and speaks regularly at conferences and seminars across Europe. Her ambition is an aspirational school community that engages every sense, and a continuous trajectory of academic advancement.

    Pinja Suojoki

    Pinja is a distinguished music lecturer, violin teacher and early-childhood educator with over a decade managing educational units and nineteen years specialising in music improvisation. She teaches music across age groups and levels, and plans activities and curricula grounded in Montessori pedagogy, creating individualised learning experiences. Pinja conveys ideas with care and precision, consistently enriching her students' educational journey.

    Timea Asztalos

    Tímea is a passionate primary school teacher with a Bachelor's degree from Eötvös Loránd University in Budapest and a Master's in Learning, Digitalisation and Sustainability from Jönköping University, Sweden. She brings experience in alternative Montessori pedagogy from an international Montessori primary school in Budapest, and integrates that approach into her teaching at Norden — a welcoming, engaging classroom built on the conviction that every child can reach their full potential.

    Maria Aguar Pla

    Maria is a dedicated kindergarten and primary school teacher with a focus on English. She studied at the Catholic University of Valencia and is currently pursuing a Master of Educational Sciences in Changing Education at the University of Helsinki. With international experience from Spain, Finland and Mozambique, Maria has designed inclusive lesson plans, supported students with varying learning needs, and led the English-Speaking Student Association at the University of Helsinki. She is passionate about fostering curiosity, creativity and social growth in young learners.

    Priyata Deb

    Priyata is a caring and enthusiastic secondary school teacher. She began her teaching journey as an English assistant at GPH International School in Bangladesh, helping students build confidence in communication and a love of learning. With a background in Computer Science and ongoing Master's studies in Industrial Management at the University of Vaasa, she brings creativity and analytical thinking to her classroom — passionate about supporting every student to discover their strengths and believe in their own potential.
